What the site records

Visit statistics, without cookies: which page was viewed, in which language, where the visit came from (for example, Instagram or Google), whether it was on a phone or a computer, and the date. To count visitors without double counting, we use a code that changes every day and cannot be reversed — your IP address is not stored in these statistics.

Technical server logs (IP address, time and requested page), used only for security and troubleshooting, automatically deleted within 30 days.

What stays on your device

Your confirmation that you are 18 or older (so we don't ask again) and, if you pick a language with the flags, that choice. Both exist only to make the site work and do not track you.

The site currently uses no third-party cookies. If we ever use tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they will only be turned on after you accept them in a clear notice.

When you contact us

If you reach us on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you send only to reply and handle your request. The Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Untappd buttons take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent anyone's data. The site is hosted on our own server at Oracle Cloud in São Paulo, Brazil.

Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you may ask whether we process your data, access it, correct it, have it deleted, or learn with whom it was shared. Just write to surto@surtocc.com.br — we reply within 15 days.

Minors

This site is about alcoholic beverages and is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here, with the update date at the top.
